Windows Computer Shortcut Keys List

WINDOWS COMPUTER's SHORTCUT KEYS

Computer Shortcut keys help us to do work as fluently as possible. You can save valuable time. Here I show you almost most of the Computer Shortcut keys as a list.

Ctrl + A =         Select All

Ctrl + C =         Copy

Ctrl + X =         Cut

Ctrl + V =         Paste

Ctrl + B =         Bold

Ctrl + I =         Italic

Ctrl + U =         Underline

Ctrl + J =         Justify

Ctrl + N =         Create New

Ctrl + S =         Save

Ctrl + O =         Open

Ctrl + P =         Print

Ctrl + F =         Find

Ctrl + K =         Insert Link

Ctrl + Z =         Undo

Ctrl + Y =         Redo

Ctrl + G =         Go to Option (By this option, you can go to any line or any paragraph or any                              page and many options are available)

Ctrl + H =         Replace Option (You can Replace any word)

Ctrl + E =        Align Selected Text to Center.

Ctrl + L =         Align Selected Text to Left.

Ctrl + R =         Align Selected Text to Right.

Ctrl + ] =         Increase selected font size. (+1)

Ctrl + [ =         Decrease selected font size. (-1)

Ctrl + Shift + > =     Increase selected font size. (+10)

Ctrl + Shift + < =     Decrease selected font size. (-10)

Ctrl + Shift + N =     New Folder

Ctrl + Shift + S =     Save as

Ctrl + W =             Quit the application. (I recommend, don't use it too much)


Esc =             Close option menu, Slideshow, Full screen etc.

Home=         Goes to the beginning of the current line.

End =         Goes to the end of the current line.

Prt Sc =         Copy a Screenshot of the current desktop. (After copying, you can Paste the                                 screenshot anywhere like Painting, Photoshop, or even MS Word)


Shift + F3 =         Change Case of Text (Upper to Lower, Lower to Upper etc)

Shift + Home =     Highlight from current position to beginning of the line.

Shift + End =         Highlight from current position to end of the line.

Alt + Tab =         Switch between open applications.

Alt + Esc =         Switch between applications on the taskbar.

Alt + F4 =         Close current program / Power options.

Ctrl + Alt + Delete =     Windows Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift+ Esc)

Alt + F4 =     Close current program. If you try this shortcut on a clean desktop you will see                         some option for Shutdown, Sleep, Hibernet, Restart etc.

Alt + Enter =     Open properties window of selected icon or program.

Shift + Del =     Delete permanently. (If you delete anything by pressing the Shift key, then the                         file or folder will be deleted permanently, You can not recover it from Recycle                             Bin. So before using this Shortcut, be careful)


Winows + . (full stop) =         Semily

Ctrl + Shift + Esc  =             Task Manager.
